This privacy policy outlines what information (“Personal Data”) is collected from you (“Subscriber”) and how that information is handled by Tosha Schore (the “Owner”). All is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Site provides various ways for you to add your personal information to their database. Use of Information: As a general policy, no personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”), such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site.

Non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Owner’s internet servers. All credit card information is handed by Stripe or Paypal.

Use Legal Obligations: The Owner may disclose user information in special cases when there is reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Owner’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE OWNER REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE OWNER.
